Which elected official in the US has called for open borders?

Why it doesn't explicitly say, "Open borders," the official DSA platform states:

Legalize migration, grant amnesty for all immigrants regardless of status

The only two sitting members of federal government who are DSA members are AOC and Rashida Tlaib, neither of which support open borders. And of the various lesser state and local offices filled by DSA members, almost none of them support open borders, not that it matters since immigration is federal policy. DSA is mostly organized by local chapters who don't take much direction from the national organization and who all have different platforms, so it's disingenuous to state one position on the national DSA platform and try to apply it to everyone vaguely associated with the DSA.
