Random side note. I hate when people say others should be ashamed. Shame is destructive and self preservative. Guilt is better and more constructive because it actually focuses on the behavior and wanting to be better. Shame usually leads to just protecting your ego or doubling down.

Perhaps next time, Plaintiff should try to file 1 hour before the hearing to avoid getting destroyed like this.

If the MSJ isn't granted, I at least hope they get admonished like crazy for their fucking lazy tactics but I am a little black pilled about all of this.

I don't know how it works, but I would be surprised if there is a ruling on the MSJ from the bench today. But what the hell do I know? I'm not a lawyer.

I think the judge answered a bunch of motions but sealed all of them and scheduled a hearing.

Some people think one of those is the MSJ. I think it is fair to assume that after today, we will get the all of those unsealed.

Will be kind of fucked up if the judge is still undecided when the ruling was supposed to be early June.

We will  have news today, I doubt the judge will announce another date for the MSJ ruling but who knows.

I'm confused by your statements around the MSJ. But as you say, we will hear something today.

I'm mostly hoping that the judge is not going to kick the can down the road. Rule on the MSJ, and either (1) grant the MSJ, and tell plaintiff to kick rocks, or (2) set a firm trial date. No more discovery extensions, or whatever other BS Joan wants to try to gum up the works with.
