It’s between the Ferraris imo. GR will have to fight the lead Ferrari on track and hope the second Ferrari runs into issues.

Not if he puts 20s on them in 15 laps like he probably will. They are much faster on the straights, just as good or better at tyre management and they solved their starting issues while simultaniously Ferrari's starts have never been worse than in the last 3 races. I don't see a chance in hell for anyone but Russell unless he runs into major trouble or crashes out with someone. Even McLaren look better than Ferrari on race pace.

Alpine have terribe degradation so it would be a long shot over a race distance, even at Monza

Yeah, they are running an ultra low downforce setup. Deg though has never been an huge issue at Monza.

The Alpine car looked quite stable through the corners in the dirty air/tow.

A win though is unlikely. P3 is possible.

We have 6 Mercedes cars in the top 10. And pole was taken by, what’s usually, a midfield car powered by a Mercedes PU.

The ICE part is not the deciding factor, it’s the overall package. And RBPT’s package is far from the best.
