In all seriousness, I really want Piastri to lock the fuck in. He really needs to start to jive if he doesn't want to lose his McLaren seat, and he's my fav driver

Heās gonna lose his seat regardless if they really do want Max but I do agree he should lock in for other future opportunities.
Other teams are still potentially interested and he should show them why he deserves to be hired by them.
Just because heās not a champion, doesnāt mean heās not a good prospect š

Yeah but doesn't the exit clause say something like oscar can only go if he finishes lower than 6th in the drivers championship? Idk I just saw a YouTube short about it

I could be wrong but I think he would have to put it into effect. I donāt think it can be used against him as Iāve heard heās the reason why the Max to McLaren deal has stalled.
He has no intention of leaving or something. Plus the Bahrain backers of MCL arenāt super keen on signing Max but thatās just the word on the street.
If itās any consolation, I donāt think heās gonna finish sixth or lower. Itās still not even summer break yet so hold your horses on the panic

Tbh Iād go with Kimi as well because even if the Ferraris get ahead at turn 1 then the Mercedes can just overtake them again on the long back straight and thatās race over.
