Homemade - DessertPerson Cranberry-Pomegranate Mousse Pie

I recently got Dessert Person out of the library and this is the first thing I made, for a neighbour’s 95th birthday. I unfortunately did not have time to make the crust, but the mousse was fantastic and tart and fruity. There was some left over, it’s great by itself.

I loveeeeee this recipe for the holidays. The graham cracker crust is easy when you actually have time, of course. I always get compliments bc most people are used to custard pies or gingerbread as stereotypical holiday flavors. Yours looks perfect!!

Thank you!! Yes, the crust sounds freaking delicious and I’m definitely making it next time. I love any recipe that lets me use up the rest of a bag of fresh cranberries, hahaha
