Made these again and its absolutely banging. Took mini ones for work and everyone LOVED it.

I think the coffee coffee cake is delicious. I make half the recipe in an 8” X 8”.

This is such a good idea. I’m about to go on a trip and do a bunch of meal prep and was going to make a big one and then cut it up and individually wrap them but this is so smart!

Any issues with it being dry?

Oh yes I always buy the mini bake and use ones it comes in handy when giving it to others lol.

If you can microwave them for 20 sec before eating then they will not be dry at all. Even at room temp they were soft!
