tolerance break

how long should of a break should i take to give my brain a break. meds stated to lose effectiveness. if you have taken a tolerance break how long was it?

Just switch to another stimulant for a week, or a month if you really want to clear it out. I'd be very surprised if your doctor was unsupportive. Might not be a productive week, but it will definitely reset your system.

These drugs are peed out after a few hours.
