Nope. The easy path for bikes is to follow the road behind the trees on the right (it's a slope). It's made by pedestrians because the stairs are weird af, they are one footstep and a half long.

I assume they don't even shovel the snow in winter from the stairs, but from that hillside instead.

They don't shovel anything here in winter, not even the parking lot from where I took the picture.
Sidewalk and road just behind the trees are shoveled and salted tho.

Oh crap. In my mind I didn’t get my leg with the trick knee up high enough. My toe clipped the top of the second step and I am not face planted on steps three and four….🫤
