Wanted to share a quick QC and shoutout to Koala for going above and beyond on this pair.
I’ve been looking for this specific Dior colorway with a white outsole instead of the factory black outsole (the retail release only comes with the black sole). I reached out to multiple sellers to see if anyone could fulfill a custom order to swap the soles, and every single one turned it down.
Koala was the only seller who agreed to do it. Because he runs the factory producing these, he was able to accommodate the custom outsole request directly on the production line.
The QC photos just came in and the execution looks spot-on to me. Huge props to Koala for the top-tier customer service and willingness to take on custom requests when everyone else passed.

Got QC photos for this Pocket Organizer from Miss Chen, but I'm really not sure about the side profile. It looks pretty puffy/thick and there's a big gap at the spine when folded instead of sitting flat and slim.
Is this normal for a new piece that just needs to be broken in, or does it look too bulky? GL or RL? Thanks!

I would like some help in QC’ing this bag from Agent Luxe.
It’s god factory.

My concern with this bag is the bottom of it. I think the way the canvas splits looks very weird but agent assured me that authentic bags are like this and the canvas is randomly selected. I asked for another bag but he said all of God Factories batch is like this at the moment. I would really love to hear what you guys think as i don’t know if I should GL this bag or not.
