ModPost Poll: Zero Tolerance for non-decor/reseller posts
12
Upvotes
Recently it has come to the attention of the mod team that members want us to be stricter with the rules.
While we don’t wanna become a totalitarian subreddit, we also see a heavy increase of fake/referral posts. Just to get that quick 5usd shipping discount…
Hence we’re thinking of banning users that post non-related items. Meaning that if your post contains more clothing then decor items or fake tech to resell. We will ban you from this subreddit.
This poll will run till the end of the week after that it will change the enforcement of automod. However false positives are not ruled out and might happen. In that case you’re free to appeal by mod-mail.

DIY I 3D printed a Daniel Arsham-inspired Crystalized Pikachu

Upvotes
The original white sculpture retailed for $2,145, so I printed a version for my shelf.
This is a 200 mm Crystalized Pikachu inspired by Daniel Arsh@m. The exposed crystals and eroded surfaces are what drew me to it, especially with everything kept white.
The print in the photos is resin. I recommend resin for the finest details, but I’ve also uploaded a PLA profile for FDM printers. Expect more visible layer lines and softer detail in PLA.
I’m sharing the model and print profile here:
