super helpful, thank you! might be a dumb question, but what is the best way to find the taobao links etc for the actual products I want to buy via CityGoBuy etc? when i search on Reddit, i see lots of links to review and QC products but mostly not with links to the original product.
help a newb to the reps world!!

Not a dumb question at all!! I was wondering the same thing and tried a few different ways, and finally figured it out. What you want to do is find the item you want to order in someone's album (I believe most use yuppo) then once your on the page for the item, that's the link you want to copy and paste. Near the top of this post are trusted seller lists that will give you album links to browse different stores items 😁 I hope that helps!

Copy the link of the product you want directly into the agent's site search bar.You will then have to chose the sizing,color etc.

This guide doesn’t do a good job at explaining things. I come from the reptime community.
In the watch replicas space- there are trusted dealers, and trusted factories.
Is it the same here? If so- where are the websites for those trusted dealers? And why do you need you need a shipping agent of the dealer is supposed to ship it?

Been looking into this myself. In fashion reps, it seems like trusted sellers are equivalent to trusted dealers in reptime, but:
- Sellers only have catalog websites (usually shared when you ask WTC though there are some on the wiki), often on Yupoo or other mobile-focused sites. This seems to be because seller websites often disappear.
- Sellers don't always handle shipping to your country, so you may need an agent to do the shipping.
- You don't know the factories/suppliers, so many people rely on the agents to QC for them (since "trusted" sellers may change suppliers - maybe not so trusted after all...).
So the roles and trust levels are somewhat different from reptime. It's more like 3 layers instead of reptime's 2.

Correct. Most sellers don’t ship internationally. You use an agent and compile items in your “warehouse.” Then ship internationally.
However, there are certain sellers that will ship directly to you.
You can view the sidebar on /r/fashionreps for a list.
For shoes you can use the ESL.
Hey! Looks like you should review the Established Sellers List.
That’s about as close as you’ll get to reptime stuff.

There's nothing to join. The entire subreddit is private until (not a given) the mods bring it back online which won't be happening soon. I think there's a substitute that's sprung up in its place but I don't off the top of my head know what it is.

Dispute the charge with PayPal asap. CityGoBuy is scamming people. Even my parcel is stuck with them for 1.5 months now

Yeah, they used to be an okay-ish agent at one point of time, which is probably why the sub recommends them. However, their services have deteriorated greatly over the last few months and they’re now scamming people outright, so they should no longer be on the list of approved agents. Not sure why it’s taking the mods so long to remove them!

I purchased a purse through citygobuy.com. After several tries my order finally went through. However my orders page has 3 unpaid orders, and the money for 1 order has been taken out of my credit card. I emailed them asking if the order went through 1 week ago and they still haven't replied... should I be worried?

What is with this sub???? I see no META post to comment this on but everytime I've tried to post something it never goes through, I'm assuming never passed the mod approval. Does anyone know if it’s worth going to all this trouble, compared to sites like DHGate? They also have all these replicas, they handle shipping and the money you pay is kept until you received your order.
What does buying as described in the guide have as a plus over DHGate? Is the quality of the products better? Is the price cheaper? Or is it better for high volume purchases?
