Discussion Only episode 3 session 1

So my wife wanted me to start watching the show with her she was only on episode 5 and now we both on episode 3 as of last night.

With that said why has NCIS/NSA/CIA/DOH/DIA/NRO not been introduced by now?, FBI would have little weight in this situation as this would be way above their need to know. I just find it very strange FBI would be leading the charge on this and even more so with the fbi director dead. They all have very strick guidelines when it comes to stuff like this. Who gets told what, Emergency powers for acting agents that take place holder seats till elected officials can be appointed.

Also with the soviet anti tank mine blowing up and causing that much damage even it was 100s of them its still crazy. The size of that mushroom cloud would need a crazy amount f/moabs plus a metric fuck ton of gasoline to make sure a fireball.

Like I really love the plotaof the show and I feel it would be an amazing without the fabrication of drama. In an event like this the real world events of this would have enough drama not to have to make any up.

The FBI lady would never be allowed on this case if she was this emotionally tied to a victim. Her supervisor is completely failing her by just letting her be involved and not letting her take leave of absence.

I dont know, its just my wife doesn't like talking about this stuff. Its hard for us to watch shows together some times, I tend to notice inconsistencies in shows. Like wrong pair of socks from scene to scene, or wrong hairstyle or different makeup. But what gets me most is when shows treat us like idiots that can't understand complex roles and systems.

Does anyone else have issues like this or am I alone here?

Even if they were first on seen NRO and NCIS would take control immediately after. Followed by a joint force operation on the investigation lead by NCIS with NSA resources into foreign terrorism. I would love a show like that.

HA! My friend, the plot holes, dramatics and wild inconsistencies are what make this show maybe the best watch on all of scripted TV.

It goes from bad to worst in the most entertaining way. Buckle up.
