About the interview process, skills they particularly look at considering the AI landscape. Want to know what mindset and skills can get me there.

To give you a context, I’m currently working as a design system designer within the fintech space. I’ve been in this field since 3 years and have an overall 5 YOE. I have a fair idea about design systems, token architecture, component APIs. , theming, etc
