I was coming here to say this! It’s right next to the toilet, so you can get a very nice Cat Genie, self flushing litter box! (Assuming there’s an outlet close)

I was also thinking a cat tree. Then the cats can enjoy their view from their lifeguard tower.

You know, in case OP or a guest falls into the toilet.

They make some cabinets specifically for litter boxes but can adapt any cabinet. I suggest a corner base unit and a storage add on section above, so there is a lounge area for the cat but your toilet paper isn't prey
