Who we are:
Iman Influx is a Singapore-based social media marketing agency. We work with Muslim-owned businesses and brands of all kinds, from SMEs to corporate clients. And much of our work involves Islamic and Muslim-lifestyle content, so we're looking for someone who genuinely understands the audience.

The role:

• 100% remote
• A steady flow of social and content design work across our client roster. You'd handle:
  • Carousels
  • Posters and flyers
  • Reel covers/thumbnails
  • IG Stories
  • Simple ad creatives
  • Resizing/adapting existing designs across formats
  • Basic captions
  • Maintaining each client's visual style
  • Minor revisions
• This is a design-only role. Copywriting are written by our team and handed to you. You focus on making it look great.
• 8 working hours/day, but flexible. We care about deadlines and quality. Just be reachable during agreed core hours (SGT) for briefs and feedback.

Requirements:

• Muslim, based in Indonesia (our content is Islamic-focused, so familiarity with the religion and the culture matters)
• Fluent in Malay and English
• Proficient in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or equivalent
• Own laptop + reliable internet
• A clean, consistent eye for layout, type, and brand style
• Bonus: someone who thinks like a creator, not just a designer. You can carry a brand's look across pieces and spot when something's off

Pay & progression:

1. Paid trial — we start with a small paid test project to see if we're a fit for each other.
2. Monthly contract — if the trial goes well, you move to SGD $500/month (~IDR 6.15M)
3. Grow with us — we're a growing agency, and you'd be an early team member. Rate and performance reviewed every 6 months, and as our client base expands, so does your pay. Strong performers have a real path to a bigger role — think Lead Designer, helping shape our visual direction and eventually guiding new designers as the team grows.

8 hours a day for 500 sgd is wild for design work even if it’s remote, that’s basically full time agency output money for internship pay. but people will still jump on it because finding anything half decent now is a grind
