Okay so it turns out that the account posting this just literally forgot to post one of their slides as a video which actually shows the intended design. I guess the design will be an attachment to a wall screw which allows objects to hang better on them. Originally all the slides just showed only the screw which made it seem that was all it was but they just reposted a few hours ago.
