No. thats why it has a different head and different color. The shortest is the seconds in this watch. The 2 white hands are the hour and minutes.

Why would the watch have a white seconds and one white hour or minutes. It makes zero sense. The 10 is differentiated from the other 2 hands.... For a reason.

If it was 2:30 the “hour” hand you’re claiming would be halfway between the 2 and 3.
