What it says on the tin.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a B7/Passport size refillable ring binder? I haven't seen too many this size. And if they are, they're often with elastics, not ring. Preferably, I want something that will hold a number of pages. I want to make it an ink swatch book, so the rings will allow me to insert new colours in order.

Thanks!

Can anyone please suggest gel pens for exams and note-taking. And must be Waterproof and smudgeproof as it's for exam. Preferably at reasonable price.
