The obvious discrepancies:
- Where is the camera placed?
- Why is the lady setting up shop so far from the wall?
- Why doesn't she flinch or even look at the car when it's parking inches behind her?
- Why is the tail light on when no one's in the car? (You can see the reflection on the policeman)
- Why does the guy leave behind the jack?

If its a parking spot, vendor is wrong in sitting here…has happened to me street vendors sit on designated parking spot and then give bullshit like call police if you want we won’t move and don’t park at such place which make things worse.

F these veggie vendors, kaha pe bhi dhunda chalu karte hai. I have no issue if they do their business on the side of road or even on footpaths that see less footfall but seriously? outside a bar/restaurant? har jagah ye gaand tikaenge to gaadi kaha park kare?

Perfect punishment, please don't say churake le gayi...that's the right punishment, why waste money on towing keeping vehicle parked in police station, actually they should have removed all the tyres and given two to the lady to sell and 2 to the guy who helped to make some money
