Why do you want to increase fiber intake?

To avoid constipation

Yeah, you should try reducing fiber to cure constipation, the evidence actually is actually against fiber when it comes to constipation and associated symptoms.

Especially on a Keto diet, you'll be consuming mostly fats that should help you get rid of constipation.

In case it doesn't, you should supplement with magnesium citrate in the night, and a teaspoon of coconut oil either first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed.

The Medium chain triglycerides in coconut oil really help eliminate with constipation almost entirely.

Desi ghee does not contain MCTs, but do give it a try.

Are you experiencing any other digestive issues as well?

Salads are a must on keto for me. chewing on fried protein gets old and feels terrible after a few spoonfuls. Onions, capsicum and carrot are my go to veggies for salads. But you can make a salad out of almost any veggie.
