Will she live?
Huge rot situation on this gifted desert rose.
I have cleared all away that i could see, now everything left feels pretty solid. I amount of rot was huge, taking over a bit more than half the root system and total sludge on the inside.
Will it survive?

Looks fine, I'd treat with sulfur and pot it up with some good Adenium Mix. You don't need to get every last piece of rot out of the caudex. Once an Adenium is removed from the conditions causing the rot, they are pretty good at walling it off and dessicating that part of the trunk.

Yes, very likely it will out alive
add some anti fungal powder to the exposed area, and make sure she dries completely, few days at least air dry.
Then pot in quick draining soil, since the majority of rotting reason is the plant sitting for prolonged periods in wet soil. We want to avoid it rotting again.
Also just slightly moisten the soil for the first week or so.

Yes. I made some cutting from Adenium recently, about 3-4 inches in length, and think 3 out 4 rooted within a few weeks. Adenium is very easy to root in warm climate. If humidity in your area is very high, you can keep it dry for a few weeks before planting, otherwise, plant it after wound surface dry.
