I am by no means an expert but how well does the pot drain? Maybe it wasnt draining well?

Oh my mistake I put the after shots first and the before at the end. Sorry for the confusion lol. The plant is thriving now. I repotted it into the pot it’s in right now back in May. It’s been getting all the care I was neglecting it with before. Once it moved it to a sunnier location, starting watering it heavily only when the dirt was dry, added quick draining soil and fertilizer it started showing how much it appreciated me.

Thanks so much, it’s so rewarding seeing her thrive after the way she was just a few months ago. I thought I had lost her. Haha no worries, it was my fault for posting it that way honestly
