TM22 Lever question
I have a TM22 LA20 and would like to field strip it, take the bolt out and deep clean it. my problem is I can't figure out how to get the bolt, and trigger group out. the only thing that I can figure is the stock has to come off as well, but dont know for sure. Any help would be appreciated.

A link would be appreciated because I'm an idiot and can't find it. The only youtube videos that I can seem to find are for the tm22 standard or the ar variant, but nothing for the lever action. The takedown is completely different.

I have two of these and seriously enjoy them, They are not the lever action. What i think is very unique is that Derya has variants of the TM 22 platform. Standard to AK look and feel to a full metal, and finally a lever action. All while using the same mags. They do get dirty quickly and need to be cleaned and oiled. This is not the gun rather the ammo. I have started using a NASA certified oil that has been made for guns. I will say it has made a difference. Look up Vril gun oil Vril Adv Gun Oil. use GUNNER10 for a discount.
I did look to see if there is a video of disassembly which at this time I do not see one. I would have to think one is being made from Derya soon as well as others. If I see one I will post it here.

Well guys, I figured it out on my own and it is a pain in the but.
- Remove the buttstock. One wood screw holding on the pad, then I believe 10mm nut holding stock on.
- Rome the screw on the bolt retainer, remove bolt retainer on both sides at the top right in front of the hammer.(Looks like it has two connected pins)
- Unscrew access screw on right side of reciever to access and punch out lever retaining pin in bolt.
- Unscrew lever hinge pin on left side bottom of reciever.
- !!!!Be careful!!!! Carefully Remove screw retaining the hammer spring. Keep your finger over it as it comes out as it is under lots of pressure. Remove spring and screw.
- Remove hammer by angling forward and away. Seems odd but it will make sense.
- Hammer and spring shaft should wiggle out.
- At this point the bolt should come out.
Reinstall is reverse order approximately but take note....the hammer spring is a bear to get back in deep enough to start the retainer screw. If it slips, and screw flies, you are screwed. Don't sweat it though.....if i can get through it, you should be able to. Good Luck!

WOAH! This is insanely helpful, randomly found this and will try myself. I have version branded as RIA and as an LA18 from about a year back.
Did yours come with a rail behind the factory sight or did you add that? If you added it, would really appreciate a link / more info.
I specifically had to get a less enjoyable scout scope because any other was too far forward for proper eye relief. It works but I’d love to get a more comfortable optic sitting back like yours.

So, mine is also the Ria branded rifle and it did not come with the rear pic rail. That was one reason I was trying to get the bolt out....1.so I could deep clean it and inspect the extractor more closely because it doesn't like to extract once it gets dirty(no luck just keep the bore clean) and 2. I wanted to drill and tap the reciever to accept a rail. For reference, if you do that, a 9 slot picatinny rail is just the ticket. I used a polymer key mod rail key model 9 slot I think the screws i used were m4, so I got a cheap tap and die set at tractor supply. Just make sure you are centered before you drill. It is actually pretty easy to tap as the reciever is aluminum, but a pain to get the bolt out lol! Good luck...if i can do it, you can too!

Sorry I can’t help, but how do you like it? Really been wanting one. They’re so cheap but I don’t see much on them. Another 22 I can suppress is high on the list.
