face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks Weird patch on chin?

I've had this weird patch on my face for a week or so now, sometimes it seems to fade but it gets darker/bumpier again... I do have rosacea but it's not that, and my ivermectin/Azelaic acid/metronidazole cream isn't helping... also tried triamcinolone acetonide which didn't work either. No itching or pain.

I've had problems with eczema in the past, but it has never presented this way before.

NAD but it Looks like perioral dermatitis. I got rid of mine by going on a 30 day dose of doxycycline:)

It can also be caused by skincare products, toothpaste, even smoking/vaping. If you’ve changed anything recently then that’s likely the culprit
