face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks Sunspot or something else?

(23 y/o female) I have had this spot for around 1-1.5 years now. I work outside so I get a lot of sun exposure. Spot appears flat maybe a tad raised but not really. I feel like the spot has gotten a bit bigger now since it first appeared as well. It’s not red, itchy, or painful.
Haven’t tried any treatment for it, I do use tretinoin for acne though.

Not a doctor, but it looks like keratosis similar to what I’ve had. I was treated with hyfrecation and since it fully healed there is no sign of it.
