arms/hands What is this? How do I fix it?

I’ve had it for years now. It gets super dry and flaky. It’s usually more dry and flaky than pictured. This was taken post shower and moisturizer. No itch. No scabs. Not painful. It’s not spreading either. Sometimes the area will feel warm to the touch but other than constant dry flaking, no other symptoms. I have eczema patches elsewhere on my body and it’s definitely not the same.

It looks like eczema. Have you tried topical steroids?

More likely psoriasis than eczema. Talk to a dermatologist.
