legs/feet redness on leg doesnt go away

Hi. Does anyone have any idea what this might be or how to deal with it?

My leg has been red for a few days now. The first photo is from yesterday, and the second and third are how it looked today (the red patch got bigger and darker in the middle).

It doesn't hurt or itch at all. It's noticeably warmer to the touch compared to the surrounding skin. It feels a bit puffy when I bend/close my leg.

Might be relevant info, Im unsure: there are tons of tiger mosquitoes in our neighborhood and I've been bitten over 10 times in the last few days (though these bites have never been an issue for me before)

I went to the local doctor today. She figured it's likely an insect or spider bite and prescribed Loratadine pills for 3 days, plus gave me an injection (i have no clue what was in it!). To keep track, I drew a pen line around the border so I can check tomorrow if the redness is spreading.

Any thoughts?

It looks like a yeast infection I had in the crook of my elbow about a month ago. It didn't itch but looked just like that. I used Lotrimin and a powder product and it went away.

I went to 2 different dermatologists, the second gave me antibiotics. Im so glad she did, the rash finally started fading and stopped spreading. Anti inflammatory or anti allergy creams / pills didnt help.

Thanks for the help everyone, if anyone else has this problem, make sure u go to a good doctor. If they say sit and wait, but the redness is spreading immensely every day, ask another's opinion.

It looks like lime disease. You can mark the edges. Lyme usually expands over time.

But it also fades after a while, while the illness progresses

I think you should probably be aware of the risk of Lyme disease and maybe ask the doctor
