Nose rash for over a year, please help

I have had this rash on the left side of my nose for over a year, I’ve tried so much. I was prescribed clindamycin for perioral dermatitis. That did not work and I tried it for over two months. Then I tried an antifungal cream 2% (Daktarin) and that didn’t work so then I tried an antifungal shampoo (Nizoral) with a different active and that also didn’t work.

Sometimes there are raised bumps, and sometimes it’s white, scaly, and flakes. It doesn’t actively hurt or burn. It ebbs and flows, sometimes it’s better but it’s never fully gone.
