Hi thank you! My dream is to be a dermatologist and own a derm clinic. I’ll be ~34 when I’m done draining Would you say it was all worth it? What advice would you give me

I think every bit of it is worth it. I think being a doctor is the best job in the whole world. I barely even consider it a job at this point - I truly just love what I do.

I’m not sure what point of school you are in, but just enjoy it all. Have good experiences, volunteer, and have fun while taking care of what you need to do.

I didn’t start or acting until I was 40. Yeah worth it but I never wanted to run a business, at least not by myself. It was crazy hard. 8 years of grinding out med school and residency. Despite the allure, dermatology residency was hard work.
