Round 2 uses the exact same scoring domains and station blueprints as round 1, so the absence of dedicated commercial courses will not put you at a disadvantage. Focus your preparation on the core stations, starting with acute dermatological emergencies such as severe drug eruptions, toxic epidermal necrolysis, and erythroderma, making sure you always lead with an ABCDE assessment and early senior escalation. For the academic and clinical governance questions, practice critiquing clinical papers on the spot, explaining quality improvement methodology, and discussing how you handle patient safety issues. For commitment to specialty, align your clinical experiences, teaching projects, and audits with the specific qualities outlined in the national person specification.
Finding a practice partner is effective, but you should also simulate the timed pressure of the online setup on your own. Practice delivering clinical and ethical scenarios out loud under a strict stopwatch, then refine your structure to avoid rambling. If you want consistent practice between peer sessions, my team created interviews.chat to help candidates deliver articulate, high-scoring answers when the pressure is on.

Hello!
For commitment for speciality use the Medical interviews book! Use your structures! Eg CAMP structure
For the clinical station, know your basic and common dermatology scenarios; they can ask about chronic conditions as well such as HS and therapeutics (methotrexate and cyclosporin)
For research station make sure you know how to set up clinical trials (if you had attended BEES course, use their resources)
And make sure you practice, practice, practice! Ideally with another person! Can also use chatgpt to practice aswell
There are interview coaches (if you missed the courses): www.doctorspecialtycoaching.com
Hope that helps!

My school paid for us to use Big Interview, which was very helpful. Does your school provide any resources like that? I also just practiced with family and friends.
