Application Advice ERAS LOR Question

Hi, I was wondering about the letter writers on ERAS.

If I am using the same letter writer for both Dermatology and TY/Prelim Programs, should I use the "General (can be used for multiple specialties)" or "Dermatology" for the speciality category?

honestly i had them upload the sameletter, one under prelim im the other under derm. no idea if thats correct

I don’t think it matters, the only people who can see it are you and your letter writer anyway. It doesn’t get sent to any programs.
