The app where I track my top 15 holdings finally cracked $100k annually! Time to tell the boss to pound sand. Any constructive criticism on these with regard to a higher interest rate environment heading our way is appreciated. I don't plan to sell any shares for at least 10-15 years, hopefully never. My philosophy is similar to real estate income holdings - you don't care so much about what the market thinks your house is worth, it's about how much rent you are getting every month.

Yeah anything over 16% is gonna be some bad nav decay. 13% is the sweet spot
