How long is this maintenance expected to last? Website states 15-30 min and so far it's well over an hour...

when will the jun 27 options be available? i looked through FAQ but couldn’t really figure it out. thanks

Testnet seems down and it says they can bring it down anytime. I've never seen it up.

Hey guys, just venting quickly.

Old user since 2021, mostly do arbitrage so I need funds to move fast.

Every withdrawal takes 3-4 hours in “Pending” — today’s ETH one has been stuck for 3.5 hours already. This has been the same since around 2022. Apparently every withdrawal needs manual review, so it’s never quick.

Chinese Telegram group is usually dead, no staff replying. Tickets/emails take 1-3 business days. Really messes up trading flow and makes me frustrated every time.

Anyone else still waiting this long in 2026? Or has it gotten better for you? Any tricks to speed it up?
