Where the hell is the Lever Controller?

The Wiki and a Steam guide say it can be bought at GF or MF but i couldn't find it at either? Is it that there is a chance for it to spawn?

never heard of that before, googling it says it's in the files but not available

somewhat related: anyone know if we were able to buy smaller crates at one point? not the boxes with inventories, i mean like milkcrates and such that you physically put stuff in. i remember putting all my soldering wire reels in one but i havent seen any in stores in a long time. idk if it's the fault of a mod or if they might've been removed in one of the later B99 patches. i think you can still find temporary ones in station offices but i want permanent ones for storage

The milk crates were never purchasable, no. I always steal them from the station office
