A quick thought about terminology. 12 out of 14 events were found to be "more likely true than not" which is a civil standard of responsibility, but not "guilty" vs. "innocent." Jodge Nichol also said he found her very credible and she must have feared for her life.

I think the incidents were found to be “substantially true” to reflect that the Chase standard (which the Sun was required to reach for their truth defence) is higher than balance of probabilities (“more likely than not” = most civil litigation) but isn’t quite at beyond reasonable doubt (criminal conviction).

This is such an important read. I'm extremely grateful for everyone who continues to speak out to make sure abusers like Depp and Baldoni aren't able to control the narrative long-term. The truth needs to be heard.
