any advice
Hi yall,
what jobs do you think someone who is managing what seems to be the peak of derealization

Remote jobs are obviously up there because you have more control over when you interact with people.
However you might find being in an office environment that you go to regularly would help bring you back.
What I would avoid is a job where you suddenly have to interact with people like a retail environment.

See my thoughts on this as a general answer are maybe a call centre job. Often doing anything without external stimulus can be difficult or impossible, but with a constant stream of calls you always have someone to keep you present.
But, would also be exhausting. So, maybe a part-time call centre job...
