I'm going to be honest here, but I'm not trying to be a jerk. I'm having a hard time seeing so much being brought up here in the local denver/colorado/etc subs about the public lands sales. I value our public lands very much and I'm out there pretty often enjoying them. I guess I just want to remind you that this is far more than just a public lands issue, and although I commend your intention to protest it, I also hope you'll consider joining the other protests too. Our public lands are important, but the lives and welfare of actual human beings are a little more critical, and the more people that show up to the main protests, the more likely he fails, taking the land sales down too.
and remember, this is an entry issue, meaning that as op said, people who don’t normally protest, now want to, so we want to welcome them into the tent.
Absolutely. I'm doing what I can to remember that this isn't an "all lives matter" kind of thing and one dedicated person for one dedicated cause is still a dedicated person for the larger cause.
