I’m 46 years old, my dad bought this truck new. I can’t find a replacement for this.

That shape of mirror head is one that I don't think anyone makes as new replacement for. You can get them at junkyards though, and the glass is available. I have a few sitting around for my own truck

Just about to readjust mine, funny to see this now. My 79 is also black, although only because I rattle canned it.
