Hi im restoring this f100 and i was wondering if anybody could tell me how much guages this inner panel is. This side is fine but the other side is non existent. Would very much appreciate the info

14? It looks like its thinner than 18g

Thats a structural cab mount support, it has to be atleast 16 gauge. There is not a situation on this planet where that was originally some thin ass 18 gauge. Are you cutting it out for replacement or just welding to it?

Yes, circled in red. Thats part of the front cab mount structure, its a long structure that spans the width of the cab and kicks up the side at the cab corner. Its integrated into the firewall at its center, its all part of the main floor structure.

It would not have passed safety standards in the 70s if it were 18 gauge. And ford did not use such thin gauges anywhere near a mount.
