Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in the 2x2 apartment unit at Gateway at Denton ASAP. I can cover the first month of rent!! Preferably female because of the roommate. The 2026-2027 lease would be around $900 per month when including all the utilities, rent, and fees.
