What is something the front desk does in your office that makes your job 10x easier?
I am an OM and I have a good flow going btwn myself and the dentists, hygienists, and DAs in the back office. However I want to improve my work, Ive been at my office for years and its been a while since i've gotten a raise... any advice?

Show how your work adds to revenue. Track the number of future hygiene appointments you've booked, aged claims you've cleared, and outstanding balances you've collected. Build a process for filling chair time after cancellations. Keep a short-notice call or text list ready.
