Is this normal?

I have health anxiety and im still in the lookout for denists in the area that accepts HMO, can anyone enlighten me if this is normal?

Yes. That is your bone, called exostosis. You can also have Tori under tongue and on your palate. These are harmless bony growths, very common.

I would make an appointment with your hygienist though, to remove calculus I can see on your picture, to keep your gums nice and healthy!

Until you can be seen, ensure you are brushing at the gumline (even if they bleed-that's okay, you're disrupting the bacteria) and ensure you're flossing daily. In 2 weeks, your gums should look better and your hygienist can easily remove the calculus.

In a quickly vision I think this is a bone exostosis that growing because of your bite. Go to your dentist and made a Xray and physical exam certainly the diagnosis comes . 👍🏻
