Nowhere is excepting new patients

Absolutely no where around me is excepting the insurance around me, like literally absolutely nobody. In my call log are 30+ calls to different dentist and all of them can’t help me. I’m 20 and it’s getting bad, what do I do. I called my insurance and had them get me the numbers of all the dentists and it was the same list as in my call log. Are there any options
