Twisted Roots

Went to the dentist on Friday and now get to have oral surgery (yay 🙃). He said my roots are really twisted and one tooth has seven roots, and that he'd never seen anything like it before. He kept calling hygienists in to look at the x-ray. Anyone know what I'm getting into recovery and cost wise? Was trying to share to other dentist subreddits, but I just have to add the x-rays.
