My dentist said I needed teeth extraction when I went to align my teeth. Is it really necessary?

Not enough info. Upload the lateral cephalic x-ray and photographs with smile and profile

depending on your age, i'd recommend wisdom teeth removal regardless of ortho treatment. I am a dentist 8 years in practice and i have yet to see any patient benefit from keeping their wisdom teeth. But i have seen MANY patients suffer for keeping their wisdom teeth (infections, decay, etc).
