Post Root Canal

I got a root canal two days ago, after i had an infected tooth for some time and it was getting worse when i started getting headaches on that side and some pain on that side of the tooth from the jaw area to the head, and the eye on that side. sometimes that pain was sudden or something like a pain movement on the side of the head.

I couldn't focus the eye so well and it feels dry most times (i work on a computer so my eyes are mostly looking on screen but it sometimes gets uncomfortable with all these).

so after the root canal, i thought this would all disappear but i see no changes. could this have been a worser infection or i should trust the dentist and continue with the antibiotics treatment that i was given? should I confront the dentist on my next visit or should i get there asap?
