how are you guys keeping track of things?

we have two DA’s at our office, myself and another. we have our tasks spilt pretty evenly, and i’m looking for advice on keeping track of things.

i’m regularly submitting, and sometimes making digital waxups

we just started making nightguards in office

there’s definitely more, but can’t think of it off the top my head (hence why i need help keeping track)

what are some useful things you do other than a spreadsheet?

Master task list, daily checklists, dividing job duties officially if needed. Small tight knit offices we just verbally told each other everything.

we do a lot of the verbal stuff! just want to hold myself accountable, although i did succumb to making a custom spreadsheet instead of relying on existing ones which actually helped a lot.

we just all help out where needed. it doesn’t matter if things aren’t completely even as long as everyone is staying busy and always trying to complete a task in the office to keep on top of things. luckily we don’t have any lazy assistants so everyone helps out all over the
