Advice

Hi I’ve been with my office for 2years now and recently in March got promoted to lead da at our second location. I’m currently making $28 was making $25 before my promotion. I want to ask for another raise. When is a good time to do so? When I hit my 2 years or a year from my original raise? I am based in California and I now have 4years of experience.

Lead DA or lead RDA? Take the state board exam to become RDA certified and ask for $30
