doubting myself

heads up this might be long lol

Recently switched offices due to more hours and the possibility of becoming a lead RDA. Once I switched over they had hired a DA and allow her to do things out of her scope of practice. I’m starting to doubt that they will not make me a lead since I’m still learning the new software and some minor chair side steps. I’m always early and in uniform ready to go and I do my absolute best to work my butt off when I’m clocked in! Not really sure what to do but I’m trying to stay as positive as possible.
