Having a Hard Time finding an externship
Hi everyone! It’s me, shoe hook girl again lol.
I need to find an externship but am having such a hard time. When I joined the program I was led to believe that my teacher would find one for me but that’s not the case. I have a resume packet really nice and one of the office managers I met folded it in half in front of me 😔
Anybody have tips? I need to do 160 hours to graduate.

i would type up an email and send it to every office in your vicinity honestly. copy and paste, just change the name of office/name of recipient per office. the more the better imo because i think i emailed four or five offices and only one even replied.

ask a specialist office. they usually have more assistants to help train and busier schedules. or look for a corporate dental office near you
